Blogging: The brave new world

Did you wonder why the title? Blogging is neither brave nor is it new. Why is this guy misstating it?
Yes, you are right. It's neither new nor brave - for you maybe. But for millions of others, it is. They have an opinion which they want to be heard, and they have no clue how to do it or are afraid to put it out there, lest someone belittles their words. So for them, it is a brave new world.
Everyone wants to be heard. Everyone wants some significance in their life. Everyone wants to make a difference to those they care about. Everyone wants to tell their side of their story. And with blogging all that is possible if you are brave enough to create a blog and populate it with your stories. About yourself.. your life... your business... your social cause....your political opinion or the lack of it. As long as you have the ability to think, opinions, view points, suggestions, comments, criticisms can all crowd up in your head and want to burst out and be heard.
So this blog intends to help you in your journey to be heard. I will be sharing tips, learnings, resources, and others that may just help you to take the bold step of blogging yourself.
I have blogged sporadically in the past and now I have decided to do it more regularly and under my own name. So here I am intending to share with you the learnings I have gleaned over a life time in the hope that there is something there that could change your life or equip you to face the challenges that you like everyone else will be going through.
We all have challenges. If it is not our health, it could be our wealth or our relationships, or our career, or the employer, or the employee, or the pesky neighbours, or the floods in Florida or the famine in Myanmar, or some event somewhere that goes against your grain and upsets you to the point that you want to speak about it. As long as one lives, there will be challenges. That is the order of our life. The only one without challenges is the one sleeping 6 feet under.
So if you are breathing and you have an opinion this blog could have something for you. Stay with me and let us see how this develops.
