Good morning! It's a Sunday morning today and I still wake up early like on other days of the week. Waking up early, even before the sun rises, is a life long habit. This is one habit that I would not want to give up. I love the early morning time, the stillness, the slight chill, the lack of light and the abundant silence. Everyone is asleep. The world around me is just slowly stirring and debating whether to wake up or snooze a while longer. One or two birds flutter up and then go back to their nook to rest some more. This is a time for conversing with my Creator, to speak to him undisturbed, to give thanks to all those who have contributed to me being me and to design the day in a manner that will do me proud. I would not like to exchange this time of the day for anything else, except to be up in the Himalayas at 12,000 feet and feel the biting chill give way to the gentle warmth of the waking sun. Did you wonder why the title? Blogging is neither brave nor is it new. Why is this guy misstating it? Yes, you are right. It's neither new nor brave - for you maybe. But for millions of others, it is. They have an opinion which they want to be heard, and they have no clue how to do it or are afraid to put it out there, lest someone belittles their words. So for them, it is a brave new world. Everyone wants to be heard. Everyone wants some significance in their life. Everyone wants to make a difference to those they care about. Everyone wants to tell their side of their story. And with blogging all that is possible if you are brave enough to create a blog and populate it with your stories. About yourself.. your life... your business... your social cause....your political opinion or the lack of it.
